Went here to celebrate my friends birthday , had such a great time… great service and the staff went out of their way to make the bday girl special.. definetly will be coming back

Shanks Bar is a fantastic spot that I’ve visited multiple times, and I’ll definitely keep coming back! It’s a bit of a trek for me, but I’ve always got a driver lined up to get me home safely lol. The karaoke here is a blast, and the crowd is full of great people, though it never feels too busy, which I love. Whether you’re into playing pool, tossing some darts, or just kicking back with some food and drinks, there’s something for everyone. It’s the kind of place that’s easy to settle into, and every visit has been a good time. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the mood for a chill, fun vibe!

The best dive bar in town! They have events regularly, like bike night. The beer is cheap and ice cold, and they’ve got some good pub grub! It’s my new favorite bar.

A good dive bar is a dying breed and Shanks Town Tavern is the best one in Cooper City hands down. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to kill a couple hours with good people. Terry and Jen do a great job at making you feel at home.

We had such an amazing experience at Shank’s Tavern! We came in to celebrate, and from the moment we walked through the door, the energy was welcoming, fun, and exactly what we were looking for. Our bartender was truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Every drink was made perfectly, and they kept the vibe going the entire night. You can tell they really care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, the music was on point, and the whole place just had a great vibe for celebrating. It felt like one of those spots where you can relax, laugh, and make memories with your group. Honestly, this place made our celebration even more special. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending Shang’s Tavern to everyone we know. Huge shoutout to the bartender for making our night unforgettable
